Preparation Time -10 minutes

I love sandwich..just not me...my daughter  and husband  also love it.I mainly  prefer  fried egg sandwich but this time I did some variations...made this sandwich  with egg salad stuffing..very frequent I make this egg salad using boiled egg and other ingredients for dinner...hope you all will love it.

INGREDIENTS

Boiled Egg-2(chopped and mashed)

Bread- 4 slices

Onion-1 chopped

Green chilli-1 chopped (optional )

Cheese Slices-2

Mayonnaise -2tsp

Mustard Paste-1tsp

Salt to taste

Black pepper -1tsp

Chopped Coriander leaves - 1/4cup

Red Chilli Flakes -1tsp (optional )

 METHOD

mix all the above  ingredients  except  Red chilli flakes and cheese slices. ..mix well together

Place one slice of bread, put egg mixture  on the bread. Then place one cheese  slice top of egg..sprinkle some red chilli flakes.

place another  bread on cheese.

OTG Method

Grill it on a preheated  oven  at 240 degree C for 2-3 minutes or until outside of the bread is slightly browned and the cheese is starting to melt.Carefully flip the sandwich over and cook for 2-4 more minutes or until the second side is done and the cheese is completely melted.

Gas Stove   Top Method:-

Put  one thick tawa on gas...when it is very hot...put a frying  pan on tawa (as below mentioned picture) simmer the gas....place sandwich...cover with  lid...cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes  until  cheese  is melted completely and bread is light brown.

Sandwich  Maker Method

If you are using a sandwich  maker  you will not need to flip the sandwich, just put the sandwich  in a sandwich  maker and follow  the  instructions of your sandwich  maker.

Enjoy your Grilled Egg  Cheese Sandwich  with hot coffee.
