Paneer Butter Masala





      

               Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients:-

  • Paneer-250gms (cut into 1inch cubes )
  • Onions-2 (little boiled nd grind to make a paste)
  • Ginger Garlic paste -2tsp
  • Tomato Puree-1/2 cup(Take 4 tomatoes, boil water in a pan. .when water start boiling. ..place the tomatoes. ..boil them for another 5 minutes...turn off flame...remove tomatoes from hot water. ..let them be cool..peel the skin. ..and grind to make puree)
  • Bay leaf -1
  • Cashew nuts -6...soaked in the water then grind to make a fine paste
  • Kasuri Methi-1tsp
  • Coriander powder -1tsp
  • Red chilly powder -1tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1tsp
  • Garam masala powder -1tsp (roast 2 green cardamom, 1 chinamon stick, 1 black cardamom, little bit mace, 2 pepper corn....nd grind to make fine powder )
  • Fresh cream-2tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar -1/2 tsp
  • Hot water-3/4 cup
  • Butter-2tbsp
  • Oil-2tbsp
Method:-
  • Heat oil and butter together in a pan
  • Add bay leaf and onions paste...fry it until light brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste. .saute it very well
  • Add cashew nut paste. ..mix it properly
  • Add tomato puree. ...saute it very well until oil gets separate...do this process on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes
  • Add kasuri Methi, coriander, red chilly,turmeric powde and 1/2sp garam it masala powder. .stir it very well..
  • Add salt and sugar...keep stirring
  • Add3/4 cup hot water (can adjust the quantity of water according the desired consistency of paneer butter masala you want)
  • Bring it to boil. .simmer the gas when water will start boiling.add paneer cubes. ..mix well. .add fresh cream. ..and 1/2sp garam masala powder. ..cover with lid. .cook it for 2-minutes on low flame.
  • Turn off the gas .Garnish with Fresh cream or mint leaves of coriander leaves whatever you want.
