Breakfast Muffin (Made with whole wheat and banana,)

Breakfast is the first meal of a day.Breakfast food items vary widely from place to place, but mainly it  includes a carbohydrate-rich food such as grains or cereals, vitamin based food such as fruit, vegetables and a protein-rich food such as milk, eggs, meat or fish.

Bread, egg, milk, fruit like banana ,cereal are common examples of breakfast items through out the World.

What if we can mix flour, egg, milk, banana, oats together in a  bowl, and then put the batter into the muffin pans and bake,we will get a fluffy, spongy muffin called Breakfast Muffin.

As it is the first meal of the day,it should be healthy. To make it more healthier, I used whole wheat flour ,honey and banana instead of all purpose flour /maida  and sugar.

These whole wheat, honey, banana made muffins are so fluffy and moist and they are also healthy compared to other muffins.
